Join the the Accountability Club waiting list

The Accountability Club is for people willing to take responsibility for both action and inaction

The AC would work for those who:

  • Values responsibility over motivation
  • Is reflective, thoughtful, and capable, but notice patterns of delay or avoidance
  • Who wants structure without being told what to do
  • Willing to be honest about what you do and don't follow through on
  • Prefer serious spaces over, energetic programmes.

This is not for:

This is not the right space for you if you're looking for:

Therapy or emotional processing

External pressure, remiders, or "being pushed"

A quick fix or someone to create change on your behalf

How it works:

Each session follows a clear, repeatable structure:
A brief opening to settle attention

We have no idea how your week has been, so we begin by slowing things down, helping people arrive mentally and emotionally before doing any meaningful reflection.

Exloration of obstacles, resistance, or drift

We look at what got in the way, not to criticise, but to understand habits, avoidance, and competing priorities.

A set of reflective accountability questions

Thoughtful questions are used to surface patterns, language, and blind spots without judgement or pressure.

Clarification of one or two forward commitments

New commitments are kept realistic, specific, and aligned with how the person actually wants to live and show up

Personal review of commitments since the previous session

Each person reflects honestly on what they committed to, what happened, and what they noticed along the way.

A grounded close to consolidate learning

We finish by anchoring insight, so people leave clearer, calmer, and more accountabile than when they arrived.

Add clarity - not complexity

What you need to know:

Interaction & Contrubution
Not everyone will speak in every session

Listening and reflecting are valid forms of participation; there’s no pressure to perform or contribute verbally.

You choose your level of visibility

Camera on or off, speaking or not, you remain in control of how visible you are.

There is no expectiation to share publicly

You decide what, if anything, you want to share, this is about honesty, not exposure

Accountability is primarily internal

The group provides structure and challenge, not supervision or enforcement, responsibility stays with you.

Chat and written reflection may be used

Some people process better in writing, and that’s fully respected within the space.

Pay monthly, no ongoing commitment

You pay month to month and can step away at any point if it’s no longer right for you.
